On the worldwide woman’s day, Mariam Foundation honors our hero Sherry Mwais. Originally from the village of Rameh, Sherry Mwies challenged cancer and beat it with her determination and power. Sherry has chosen to keep supporting this cause and to offer support to every person going through cancer. Sherry was a part of the foundation’s awareness programs and festivals such as Hayat Festival and other awareness campaigns, and even took a part in their promotional videos to deliver this message to as much people as possible.
She views her journey with cancer as a very special and eye opening one, and she chose to give back to people who are going through the same path. Sherry’s story represents many women who fight cancer with determination and great energy, to whom we send our love and support. Mariam Foundation, its management, staff and volunteers are very proud of Sherry’s journey and her support to our cause.Thank you, you make us very proud!
