Shams shared his very important lesson from this journey: Facing cancer with strength and determination are a key in defeating it, side to side with going through the needed medical procedures and treatments. Another determining factor is of course, is early detection. Shalloufi has urged people not to take things lightly, and undergo cancer check-ups if its needed because early detection saves lives.
